Protecting children in the digital age requires new tools, new awareness, and renewed commitment.
At the 9th meeting of the Spanish Church`s Child Protection Offices (@prensacee), experts reflected on the theme "Child abuse: Artificial Intelligence and reality", examining emerging risks for children on social media and in digital environments.
Alí Herrera, Secretary of @tutelaminorum , emphasised that AI and digital safeguarding are no longer future concerns but present realities that must be integrated into prevention programmes and protection protocols.
As technology continues to evolve, safeguarding must evolve with it.
Together we can help create safer digital environments where children can thrive.
