Bispo Ali Herrera foi o diretor da \u00e1rea de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o Psicol\u00f3gica do Semin\u00e1rio Conciliar da Arquidiocese de Bogot\u00e1 (2007-2015), onde ele tamb\u00e9m lecionou psicologia do desenvolvimento humano, psicologia social e psicologia pastoral.<\/p>\n

Nascido em Barranquilla, Col\u00f4mbia, em 1967, frequentou o Semin\u00e1rio Conciliar de Bogot\u00e1 e foi ordenado sacerdote em 1992.<\/p>\n

Depois de se formar em teologia na Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Javeriana de Bogot\u00e1 (2003), se graduou tamb\u00e9m em psicologia pela Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Gregoriana em Roma (2007). Hoje \u00e9 um associado s\u00eanior do Col\u00e9gio Colombiano de Psic\u00f3logos.<\/p>\n

Em 2015, Papa Francisco o nomeou Bispo Auxiliar da Arquidiocese de Bogot\u00e1, e Bispo Titular de Giubalziana. Sua consagra\u00e7\u00e3o episcopal se deu na Catedral de Bogot\u00e1 em 12 de Dezembro de 2015.
